Here is the latest residential renovation project finished in 2024. New project underway- stay tuned for before-and-after pics.

One of the bathroom remodels. Note the removal of concrete/tile walls, adding nearly 4 inches of additional wall space, larger shower stall, and brighter colors.

Garage before, office after.

When this fixer-upper property was purchased, an old playground had to be torn down. Instead of discarding the wood, it was repurposed. The playground lumber was stained, epoxy-sealed, and transformed into a fully stocked bar named 'The Playground.' (Peep the shotgun tequila bottle- suitable for any occasion where shots are required.)

Here is a custom-built modern midcentury-themed entertainment unit. What you can't see is the waterproof seal, soft close hinges, and hidden holes in the back for hiding cords.
